Dynasty Law Solicitors have been awarded a contract by the Legal Aid Agency to provide legal aid in family law cases.
The contract will allow us to provide services on a legal aid basis from 1st September 2024 in respect of the following areas:
- Care Proceedings and Supervision Proceedings
- Child Abduction, proceedings under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court in relation to children including wardship.
- Protective injunctions which include Non – Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
- Forced Marriage Protection Orders
- Child Arrangement Orders, Prohibited Streps Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Parental Responsibility Orders and Special Guardianship Orders.
Legal Aid is subject to a merits (prospects of success) and means (income/savings) assessment.
